箱變運(yùn)行的基本要求包括設(shè)備放置地坪應(yīng)選擇較高處避免低洼處以防雨水灌入影響運(yùn)行，澆制混凝土平臺(tái)時(shí)需留空擋便于電纜進(jìn)出線敷設(shè)。箱體與接地網(wǎng)必須有兩處可靠連接且接地和接零可共用接地網(wǎng)，接地網(wǎng)通常在基礎(chǔ)四角打接地樁后連成一體。箱式設(shè)備周圍不得違章堆物以確保電氣設(shè)備通風(fēng)及運(yùn)行巡視需求，箱變以自然風(fēng)循環(huán)冷卻為主，變壓器室門不應(yīng)堵塞。高壓配電裝置中的環(huán)網(wǎng)開關(guān)、變壓器、避雷器等設(shè)備需定期巡視維護(hù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷及時(shí)整修并定期進(jìn)行絕緣預(yù)防性試驗(yàn)，操作時(shí)應(yīng)正確解除機(jī)械連鎖并使用絕緣棒操作。

　　The basic requirements for the operation of box type transformers include selecting a higher ground for equipment placement, avoiding low-lying areas to prevent rainwater from entering and affecting operation, and leaving a gap for cable entry and exit laying when pouring concrete platforms. The box and the grounding grid must have two reliable connections, and the grounding and neutral can share the grounding grid. The grounding grid is usually connected as a whole after grounding piles are driven at the four corners of the foundation. No illegal stacking is allowed around the box type equipment to ensure the ventilation and operation inspection needs of electrical equipment. The box type transformer is mainly cooled by natural air circulation, and the transformer room door should not be blocked. The ring network switch, transformer, lightning arrester and other equipment in high-voltage distribution equipment need to be regularly inspected and maintained. Defects should be promptly repaired and insulation preventive tests should be conducted regularly. During operation, mechanical interlocking should be correctly released and insulation rods should be used for operation.

　　箱變的巡視維護(hù)需按周期定期進(jìn)行（每月不少于一次），測(cè)試電纜終端頭連接處溫度，檢查設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況并必要時(shí)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。常規(guī)巡視項(xiàng)目包括檢查基礎(chǔ)是否牢固、孔洞是否封堵、柜體有無潮氣；確認(rèn)接地裝置完備且連接良好，接地電阻符合要求；觀察戶外環(huán)境變化及是否影響交通和行人；核查各路饋線負(fù)荷情況，確保三相負(fù)荷平衡無過載現(xiàn)象，開關(guān)分合位置、儀表指示正確且控制裝置正常工作。

　　The inspection and maintenance of the transformer box should be carried out regularly (no less than once a month), testing the temperature at the cable terminal connection, checking the operation of the equipment, and conducting tests if necessary. The routine inspection items include checking whether the foundation is firm, whether the holes are blocked, and whether the cabinet is damp; Confirm that the grounding device is complete and well connected, and that the grounding resistance meets the requirements; Observe changes in outdoor environment and whether they affect traffic and pedestrian safety; Check the load situation of each feeder line to ensure that the three-phase load is balanced without overload, the switch opening and closing positions, instrument indications are correct, and the control device is working properly.

　　箱變內(nèi)部需每年除塵一次，高壓室和低壓室柜體表面可用濕布擦拭，變壓器吹氣或吸塵器除塵。日常需檢查風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況，若未運(yùn)行則使用溫濕度控制器調(diào)現(xiàn)有溫度以下以啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)檢測(cè)。高壓開關(guān)和低壓開關(guān)電動(dòng)操作機(jī)構(gòu)維護(hù)包括檢查氣壓表指針是否處于綠色區(qū)域，若進(jìn)入紅色區(qū)域需立即分合閘操作并通知廠家處理；機(jī)械部件需用通用鋰基潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑后進(jìn)行分合操作試驗(yàn)；電纜及避雷器需按例行試驗(yàn)要求進(jìn)行絕緣和泄漏電流測(cè)試。

　　The interior of the transformer box needs to be dusted once a year. The surfaces of the high-voltage and low-voltage cabinets can be wiped with a damp cloth, and the transformer room can be cleaned with air blowing or a vacuum cleaner. Check the operation of the fan on a daily basis. If it is not running, use a temperature and humidity controller to adjust it below the current temperature to start the fan detection. Maintenance of electric operating mechanisms for high and low voltage switches includes checking whether the pressure gauge pointer is in the green area. If it enters the red area, it is necessary to immediately open and close the switch and notify the manufacturer for handling; Mechanical components need to be lubricated with universal lithium based grease before conducting opening and closing operation tests; Cables and lightning arresters need to undergo insulation and leakage current testing according to routine testing requirements.

　　輔助例行試驗(yàn)涵蓋溫濕度控制器、煙霧報(bào)警裝置的功能測(cè)試，以及端子排和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的緊固檢查。每年需對(duì)端子排重新緊固，操作前必須確保一次交流回路和二次控制回路斷電以防觸電。

　　The auxiliary routine test covers the functional testing of temperature and humidity controllers, smoke alarm devices, as well as the fastening inspection of terminal blocks and standard components. The terminal block needs to be re tightened every year, and before operation, it is necessary to ensure that the primary AC circuit and secondary control circuit are powered off to prevent electric shock.

　　維護(hù)箱變時(shí)需注意：箱變門防風(fēng)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)確保完全開啟，關(guān)門時(shí)需抬起機(jī)構(gòu)根部避免生拉硬拽導(dǎo)致變形；高壓負(fù)荷開關(guān)手動(dòng)操作后手柄需放回外門內(nèi)側(cè)支架防止丟失；環(huán)網(wǎng)柜備用回路未接電纜時(shí)需在送電前閉鎖或使用絕緣帽封堵電纜座；出廠防塵帽不可替代絕緣帽使用；運(yùn)行中禁止插入短路插頭測(cè)試孔以防電壓傳感器損壞；低壓隔離開關(guān)僅在解鎖位置可操作，嚴(yán)禁強(qiáng)行拉拽。

　　Attention should be paid when maintaining the transformer box: the windproof mechanism of the transformer box door should be fully opened, and the root of the mechanism should be lifted when closing the door to avoid deformation caused by rough pulling; After manual operation of the high-voltage load switch, the handle should be returned to the inner bracket of the outer door to prevent loss; When the backup circuit of the ring main unit is not connected to the cable, it needs to be locked or sealed with an insulation cap before power transmission; The factory dust cap cannot replace the insulation cap; During operation, it is prohibited to insert a short-circuit plug into the test hole to prevent damage to the voltage sensor; The low-voltage isolation switch can only be operated in the unlocked position, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully pull it.
