步,基礎(chǔ)固定必須牢。這是保障設(shè)備長期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的根基,千萬別馬虎。安裝前先仔細(xì)檢查柜體的平整度,看看有沒有變形、磕碰的情況。確認(rèn)無誤后,把柜體對(duì)準(zhǔn)預(yù)設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)位置,用膨脹螺栓牢牢固定住。固定后一定要檢查柜體是否垂直,用手晃動(dòng)下看看有沒有松動(dòng),確保完全穩(wěn)固。要是基礎(chǔ)沒固定好,后期設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)容易產(chǎn)生共振,不僅會(huì)有異響,還可能導(dǎo)致內(nèi)部接線松動(dòng),引發(fā)隱患。

If the foundation is not fixed properly, resonance is likely to occur during the later operation of the equipment, which may not only cause abnormal noise, but also lead to loose internal wiring, causing safety hazards.
第二步,抽屜單元安裝要規(guī)范。抽屜是核心工作單元,安裝不當(dāng)很容易出現(xiàn)卡滯、接觸不良的問題。推進(jìn)抽屜時(shí)一定要輕推慢放,讓抽屜順著導(dǎo)軌平穩(wěn)推進(jìn),確保和柜體上的卡槽精準(zhǔn)對(duì)接。推進(jìn)到位后,要確認(rèn)抽屜的鎖定裝置已經(jīng)卡緊,用手拉一拉試試,確保不會(huì)輕易松動(dòng)。另外要注意,不同規(guī)格的抽屜單元必須按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙上的位置對(duì)應(yīng)安裝,不能圖省事混裝,不然會(huì)導(dǎo)致電路對(duì)接錯(cuò)誤,影響后續(xù)使用。
